Higher Learning and the Labour Market in a Changing World

“Higher Learning and the Labour Market in a Changing World: Environmental Scan for British Columbia.” BC Ministry of Advanced Education. May 2008. Read Here (2.3MB PDF)

British-Columbia-Relief-MapEnvironmental Scans consider the “big picture” trends influencing the planning and operations of organizations. They help explain major forces of change and inform sound policy responses.
